Contacting the Muslim group, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat together with senior functionaries of the Sangh met Imam Umar Ahmed Ilyasi, the pinnacle of the All India Imam Sangathan, on Thursday.
The closed-door assembly at Kasturba Gandhi Marg Masjid lasted for over an hour.
Bhagwat was accompanied by senior RSS functionaries Krishna Gopal, Ram Lal and Indresh Kumar.
