Today is the thirty third launch anniversary of Bollywood famous person Salman Khan’s debut movie Biwi Ho To Aisi. Salman was not within the lead function within the movie; Late Farooq Sheikh and Rekha have been the lead stars of this household drama. While not many have seen the movie, not many are conscious of how Salman was forged within the JK Bihari directorial.
During an episode of the Sony TV present Dus Ka Dum hosted by Salman Khan, the Bhai of Bollywood narrated an anecdote about his debut movie. Stating that his casting was all about timing and luck, the actor stated, “I’ll let you know a narrative like Biwi Ho To Aisi Ki. I met Bihari sahab (movie producer) about two, three years in the past. I requested, ‘Sir, how did you signal mereko that image pe (why did you signal me in your movie)? He instructed me that he went to many stars who turned down the movie.
Further quoting director JK Bihari, Salman stated, “He (Bihari) told me, ‘Now whatever the next idiot comes in this garage, I will sign it (Whoever idiot walks next in this garage, I will make him my own). Will take it to the next movie)’. And at that point, I thought, I’ll enter the garage at a brisk pace.”
Although Biwi Ho To Aisi producer Suresh Bhagat had full religion within the movie star. In an earlier interview, Bhagat is heard telling a media outlet that seeing Salman, he felt that there was one thing about his character that grabbed your consideration. The producer additional added that the director had stated at the moment that he would go away the trade if Salman ever turned a star. The producer stated, “Aaj Woh (JK Bihari) Udyog Chor Diya Hai.”
Salman Khan reportedly did Biwi Ho To Aisi for Rs 11,000. In reality, the wardrobe that Khan wore in the course of the interval of Biwi Ho To Aisi belonged to the actor.
