Star Indian tennis participant Sania Mirza gained her first title of the season as she and her Chinese accomplice Shuai Zhang defeated the pair of Caitlin Christian and Erin Routliffe within the girls’s doubles closing of the Ostrava Open on Sunday.
The second-seeded Indo-Chinese pair defeated third-seeded American Christian and New Zealander Rutliff 6-3, 6-2 within the closing in a single hour and 4 minutes.

The 34-year-old Sania and Zhang defeated the Japanese pair 6-2, 7-5 within the semi-finals of the WTA 500 occasion.
It was the second closing of the season for Sania, who completed runner-up with Chirstina Machale on the WTA 250 Cleveland occasion in USA final month.
