FOREIGN SECRETARY Harsh Vardhan Shringla reached New York, hours earlier than the UN General Assembly and the Security Council have been anticipated to vote on draft resolutions on the humanitarian disaster in Ukraine early on Thursday.
Shringla, who participated within the Security Council assembly on cooperation between the UN and the League of Arab States on Wednesday, shall be key to negotiating three resolutions on Ukraine on the UN.
