Italy defender Leonardo Spinazola might be dominated out of the remainder of the European Championships because of damage.
Spinazola was carried off the sphere on a stretcher within the 79th minute of Italy’s 2-1 quarter-final win over Belgium after a swift pull within the chase.
“Unfortunately we all know how it happened but our blue dream continues and nothing is impossible with this great group,” the 28-year-old wrote on Instagram.
Italian media report that Spinazola has traveled to Rome for testing.
Italy subsequent face Spain within the semi-finals on Tuesday at Wembley Stadium in London.
Meanwhile, the final two quarterfinal matches are on schedule and the 2 winners will journey to London.
Denmark will face the Czech Republic within the opening recreation in Baku and England will face Ukraine within the late recreation in Rome.
