Northern Ireland minister Steve Baker has spoken of his aid after the UK reached settlement with the EU on post-Brexit buying and selling preparations for Northern Ireland.
Mr Baker, a distinguished Brexiteer, mentioned the previous seven years had taken a toll on him and “costed me my mental health”.
