The Supreme Court on Thursday refused to urgently hear a PIL looking for recent instructions on stubble burning to curb air air pollution in Delhi-NCR, saying some points aren’t “judicially liable”. and stress the necessity for a “real solution”.

A bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justices Hema Kohli and JB Pardiwala requested advocate Shashank Shekhar Jha, who filed the PIL, whether or not banning stubble burning would assist in curbing air air pollution.
