BJP MP from Bahraich Akshaywar Lal Gond termed farmer chief Rakesh Tikait as a ‘dacoit’ and alleged that the farmers’ motion was getting funds from overseas.

Farmers have been protesting at Delhi’s borders in opposition to three agricultural legal guidelines, fearing that the Minimum Support Price (MSP) system will finish, and they are going to be left on the mercy of huge firms.

Speaking to reporters right here on Sunday on the completion of four-and-a-half years of the BJP within the state, Gond stated, “(Rakesh) tikait is a dacoit. There is no movement of farmers. The protesters are not farmers, they are people from political parties inspired by ‘Sikhistan’ and Pakistan.”

“Money is coming in from overseas, together with Canada. This cash is for terror funding and companies are investigating it.

Gond stated that folks know the fact of the protesters.

“If the real farmers were protesting, there would have been a shortage of food items. Vegetables, milk, food grains and fruits would not have reached the markets,” he stated.
