IndiGo’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ronojoy Dutta Monday expressed remorse over the incident of a specially-able youngster allegedly being denied boarding a Hyderabad-bound flight on the Ranchi airport final week.
Dutta mentioned the airways “took the best possible decision under difficult circumstances.” The CEO additionally provided to buy an electrical wheelchair for the kid as a “small token of appreciation”.
