This weekend’s Premier League recreation between Brighton and Tottenham has been postponed because of the outbreak of COVID-19 amongst gamers and employees of the London membership.
Tottenham’s Europa Conference League recreation towards Rennes was pushed again earlier this week and the Premier League mentioned on Thursday it had permitted Spurs’ request to postpone the Brighton match.

Tottenham’s coaching floor has been closed after supervisor Antonio Conte mentioned on Wednesday that eight gamers and 5 members of employees have examined optimistic for the coronavirus.
The Premier League mentioned its board made the choice to postpone the Brighton recreation, which was scheduled for Sunday, “following the guidance of medical advisors, with the health of players and staff a priority.”
The league mentioned it will reschedule the sport “in due course”.
