Actor Tusshar Kapoor on Tuesday introduced that his upcoming movie Maarich will hit the theaters on December 9. Starring veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah, the movie is Kapoor’s second movie as a producer by means of his banner Tusshar Entertainment House, after the Akshay Kumar-starrer Laxmmi.
Billed as a whodunit, Maarich is written and directed by Dhruv Lather, and stars Kapoor as a police officer. “This movie may be very near my coronary heart for a lot of causes. Maarich is my second movie after Lakshmi as a producer and I’m additionally going to reunite with Naseeruddin Shah Sahab after a really very long time.
“The film has challenged me as an actor on many levels as it is very different from the work I have been associated with earlier, I hope the audience will like this new look of me. Very excited to bring Maarich to the audience in theaters on December 9,” Kapoor stated in an announcement.

Kapoor and Shah had earlier starred collectively within the acclaimed 2011 movie The Dirty Picture.
Maarich is offered by Tusshar Entertainment House in affiliation with NH Studios. Apart from Kapoor, Narendra Hirawat and Shreyans Hirawat act as producers. Girish Johar and Priyank V Jain are co-producers.
