Two residents of Jharkhand had been arrested for allegedly committing fraud to the tune of Rs 74,980 by forgery on-line transactions. The accused have been recognized as 31-year-old Prabhakar and 21-year-old Ankit Kumar, each residents of Giridih district of Jharkhand.
