US: Several individuals injured after Amtrak practice derails in Montana

An Amtrak practice operating between Seattle and Chicago derailed in north-central Montana on Saturday afternoon, injuring a number of individuals, the practice company stated.

Amtrak spokesman Jason Abrams stated in an announcement that 5 automobiles of an Empire Builder practice operating from Seattle to Chicago derailed close to Joplin, a metropolis of about 200, at 4 p.m.
