The incident happened at round 8.30 am underneath Nibohra police station space of Fatehabad, Agra Rural. Station House Officer Suraj Prasad informed PTI that by now the kid’s motion could possibly be seen and he was responding.

An eyewitness mentioned that the kid fell into the borewell which was dug by his father Chhotelal.
