Last week, Beto’s restaurant on NIMB Road launched a vaccination drive, taking 15 of its staff to a personal hospital.
“It was so difficult to find slots in government hospitals that the restaurant decided to invest in vaccines from a private hospital,” says Rupesh Agarwal, supervisor of Beto. The employees got medicines and three days of medical go away for post-vaccination signs. “After vaccination, all 15 staff members have returned to work and the restaurant has also assured them of a second dose,” says Agarwal.
Restaurant 360 Degree was additionally unable to get a vaccine slot within the authorities hospital and needed to make an appointment at a personal hospital. The bills had been borne by the proprietor, and the vaccination employees got week-long go away.
