Tamil actor Vikram not too long ago received emotional whereas selling his upcoming movie Ponniyin Selvan 1 in Thiruvananthapuram. The star recalled his struggling days when he appeared in minor supporting roles.
“Long ago, when you were young, say, 1992-93, some of you were not even born. At that time I did a film called Meera. This was my second film. Director Joshi called his manager Shanmugam and he showed me my picture in a magazine and told him that he wanted me to play Bhadran in his film Dhruvam,” Vikram mentioned.
Vikram talked about that seeing that he was nonetheless a novice within the business, he was allotted a keep at an affordable lodge, whereas Mammootty Pankaj, the star of the movie, stayed on the resort. But today when you guys call my name, I am There is no such thing as happiness. I haven’t done any Malayalam film in a long time. But, still, you shower my films with love and celebration. I love that,” the actor mentioned.

In PS1, Vikram is taking part in the character of Adita Karikalan. And he referred to as it his “dream role”. The movie relies on the epic novel on the Chola Empire by the long-lasting author Kalki Krishnamurthy. The e book has been tailored for the display by director Mani Ratnam. The movie will launch in two components and the primary half will hit the screens on 30 September.
