A Virgin Orbit rocket launched from a jet taking off from the California coast carried seven small satellites into house on Thursday as the corporate begins a 12 months through which it plans to hurry up launches, together with Including two originating from Britain.

This was Virgin Orbit’s third launch to hold satellites for purchasers. The final two launches put a number of satellites into orbit in January and June 2021. The firm’s first launch, an indication flight, failed in May 2020.
