Work has begun on the nation’s new National Cricket Academy (NCA) with the BCCI brass, together with president Sourav Ganguly and secretary Jay Shah, laying the inspiration stone of the advanced right here on Monday.
The BCCI has secured the land on a 99-year lease.

The basis stone was laid within the presence of BCCI vp Rajeev Shukla, treasurer Arun Dhumal, joint secretary Jayesh George and NCA head VVS Laxman.
Since the prevailing NCA’s institution in 2000, it has been working from the premises of the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium within the coronary heart of town.
