In times like these, you should try to take inspiration from this Urdu couplet: “Mita de apni hasti ko agar kar kar kartaba chahte, ki dana khak mil kar gul-e-gulzar hota hai.”
The couplet is translated as, “If you want to reach the climax destroy your whole being, ‘for a seed has to be one with the dust to blossom into a flower.”
