A round issued on Saturday by the Delhi authorities’s Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (GIPMER) ordered nursing employees members to speak solely in Hindi or English, threatening “severe action”. And particularly using Malayalam was not allowed.
