Days after an adolescent from Jharkhand’s Dumka district died of burns at Ranchi’s premier Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), after a hunter who had turned down his advances, it has emerged that The sufferer was a minor and authorities officers mentioned POCSO sections could possibly be added to the FIR.
