Police have registered a case towards a 61-year-old shopkeeper for allegedly molesting a 19-year-old woman, after which he allegedly tried suicide.
The woman’s mom has lodged a criticism, primarily based on which an FIR has been lodged on the Warje Malwadi police station. According to the police, the woman had gone to the person’s store to purchase ice cream at round 10 pm on May 28, when he raped her.
Police mentioned the woman was upset over the incident and tried suicide by consuming liquid used as bleach to scrub garments.
