Terrorist assault in Karachi won’t have an effect on PSL: PCB chief Najam Sethi

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Najam Sethi mentioned the terrorist assault on the Karachi police chief’s workplace on Friday night won’t have an effect on the remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League right here.

Sethi mentioned the matches would go on because the President’s safety preparations have been made for the gamers and officers because the league began.

“PSL matches will continue as per schedule. All the players are being well taken care of,” he mentioned.

Another official of the board mentioned that safety companies and the federal government have additionally given clearance for PSL matches to proceed in Karachi.
He mentioned, ‘Yesterday’s incident has nothing to do with PSL.’

The two PSL matches are scheduled to be held on the National Stadium on Saturday and Sunday and safety has been beefed up on the crew lodge and match venue.
